A consultancy founded in 2021 based in Ingelheim, Germany, we focus on guiding and coaching start-ups & small and medium enterprises (SMEs) with innovative technology solutions in PharmBio, Medtech and Sustainability to solve tomorrow's challenges.

We engage with you to ...

• develop strategies to scale up your innovations with a focus to accelerating commercialisation;
• coach your management to develop your partnering and business strategies, especially to access cross-border opportunities in Europe and Singapore/Asia;
• develop your scale-up, communication and sustainability roadmaps;
• organise workshops, partnering events and fact-finding tours as well as trade fairs and product launches.

Our current engagements include several startups/SMEs in Germany, India and Singapore. Till the end of 2025, our main customers were the Research Agency of Singapore A*STAR's Innovation & Enterprise division as well as the Institute for Sustainability ISCE2.

Since 2026, we are investing as Business Angels into selected innovative start-ups and SMEs with our investment arm - U&D Invest GmbH - especially targeting new business opportunities in South East Asia.
