Ursula has 15 yrs in Marketing and Communications experience at a leading global pharma corporation and has worked 5 yrs in Real Estate Management as an independent business owner. An expert in marketing & event concept development, she has also executed product launches and trade fair presentations successfully and is also experienced in cross-cultural communications and coaching.

Dr.-Ing. Douglas Khoo, Managing Partner

responsible for Sustainability, Pharma and Green Technology

>25 yrs in the pharma industry, 12 yrs at top management level at a leading global pharma corporation. An expert in pharma and site operations, Douglas successfully executed the tech transfer of a complex, blockbuster product to the US and led the set-up of the 1st international biopharma CDMO business in China. Focus areas in his last role included leading sustainability strategy development and execution of green production and infrastructure solutions for the two largest manufacturing and R&D sites in the corporation.
